We work closely with government leaders and project stakeholders to ascertain priorities, develop implementable plans, secure project funding, and deliver on our promise to make communities better places to live, work and play.
Plan4Action developed “Project Unity” for the Winfield Park District in 2024. The Plan4Action team, led by CEO Mike Clark, was an invaluable asset due to their professional and practical knowledge in the public parks and recreation sector. Working closely with our leadership team, Plan4Action has given the Winfield Park District staff the tools and resources necessary to move forward for the next three to five years. The process was the right mix of information, resources, and team engagement. The final product exceeded our expectations and has us heading in the right direction, with coaching opportunities along the way.

We worked with Mike Clark on both our Strategic and Master Plans recently and Mike was fantastic!
