Comprehensive Strategic Master and Goal Action Development Plan Northwest Special Recreation Association

Mike facilitated several leadership team goal development and visioning sessions to create cornerstone agency goals and definitions in order for various strategies, opportunities and approaches to align with the development of a strategic master plan and also begin the development from these sessions in the creation of their first ever annual agency work plan platform.

Mike led staff members in identifying annual goals and the development of a tangible and measurable action plan and tied it into their respective performance appraisal system. He also introduced approaches and template documents to take the strategic plan and turn it into an actionable, accountable and measurable process throughout the fiscal year to ensure staff productivity, accountability and effectiveness towards the cornerstone agency goals as well as the objectives identified in each of the upcoming annual work plans.
