Winfield Park District Comprehensive Strategic Master Plan and Community Survey

We conducted a park and facility inventory along with an assessment of the current condition, maintenance and design elements of each site. Additionally, provided a repair and replacement analysis and schedule of all park and facility amenities for future capital planning and funding considerations. Next, we conducted an analysis and developed recommendations and visioning with staff on master planning of current and new park sites and potential for new, expanded and/or renovated facilities. Last, a staffing plan was developed to align with future growth and development of the community, operations and what community needs and priorities that were identified in the community needs assessment and survey results.
