Assisting new Executive Director, leadership team and professional staff with creating a new vision and organizational culture during a time of key leadership transitioning. Explored past organizational dynamics, culture and accountability and incorporating various assessments, dialogues, workshop trainings, coaching and core value system development to reset the way the leadership and staff coordinate, operate, collaborate and work as a unified team towards their mission of serving their community with excellence, consistency and focus.

Various executive coaching sessions, leadership and staff workshops and consensus building tools have been developed to bring a new vision and workplace environment that will enhance employee satisfaction, morale, teamwork and productivity.
